Chief's Welcome
On behalf of the staff of the Clarksville ISD Police Department, I would like to welcome you to our official webpage. I consider it an honor and privilege to be the Chief of Police for the Clarksville ISD Police Department. I am very proud to work with such a professional group of employees dedicated to protecting and serving the students and staff of Clarksville ISD.
We strive to cultivate community relationships, which promotes the strong bond we have with our Clarksville and surrounding residents. The members of the Clarksville ISD Police Department truly care about the safety of our community and value the opportunity to provide service in a manner that is fair, courteous, responsive, and efficient. Our officers are provided with the most current training and modern equipment to help them better serve our community.
We strongly believe that any challenges the department might face can be addressed effectively by connecting with community leaders, school administrators, members of the business community, non-profit organizations, neighborhood groups, and most importantly, individual citizens. Through the spirit of partnership, we can continue to see further reductions in crime and enhance the quality of life for those who live, work, and play in the school district we call home. I invite you to contact me with any comments, questions, or suggestions you might have about the Police Department.

Clarksville ISD School Safety Statement
A school safety statement is an official declaration outlining a school or district’s commitment to providing a secure and supportive environment for students, staff, and visitors. It highlights safety goals, preventive measures, and the roles of staff, law enforcement, and the community in maintaining a safe school climate.
Clarksville ISD School Emergency Plan
A School Emergency Plan is a structured set of procedures and guidelines that a school follows to prevent, prepare for, respond to, and recover from emergencies or crises. It covers various situations—such as natural disasters, intruders, medical emergencies, or fires—and ensures the safety and well-being of students, staff, and visitors through coordinated actions and clear communication.
It is important to report a bully or threat to Clarksville ISD to help maintain a safe and respectful learning environment for all students. Reporting allows school staff and police to respond quickly, prevent harm, and support those involved. Speaking up helps protect everyone and shows that safety is a shared responsibility.
