Clarksville ISD Student Immunizations 2026-2027

Clarksville ISD families, please mark your calendars!

Student Immunizations will be available on Tuesday, August 25, 2026.

Parents/guardians who plan for their student to participate must complete the online consent form. Pre-K/Kindergarten students may need immunizations if they are not up to date. Students entering 7th grade are required to have MCV4 (meningitis) and Tdap (tetanus booster).

Insurance policies will be verified. Families without insurance may also participate at a cost of $10 per shot for students up to 18 years old.
