Fields, LaVaughn
Executive Director of Technology Infrastructure
LaVaughn Fields is the Executive Director of Technology Infrastructure for Clarksville ISD, bringing 25 years of experience in education and educational technology. His career began as a computer technician before serving as Technology Director for Waskom ISD, experiences that provided him with a strong understanding of both the technical and educational sides of school technology.
To him, “Every Child. Every Classroom. Every Day.” means being committed to doing everything possible to ensure every teacher and student has the tools and support they need to achieve their goals. In Clarksville ISD, he hopes to be a valued and dependable member of the
team—someone staff, students, and the community can count on.
Outside of work, he may not be much of a “tech guy.” He enjoys spending time outdoors and, believe it or not, cooking.
