Assessment:

           

Demonstration:

  • Proficiencies will be submitted via e-mail to your district ITS.
  • Once your proficiency document has been received, you will receive acknowledgement. Please allow approximately 7 days for grading.
  • Once your proficiencies have been assessed, you will receive a copy of the rubric with a passing / non – passing notification.
  • If you did not meet all the requirements, feedback will be provided and you can resubmit once you have made the necessary corrections.
  • Proficiencies can be taken as many times as necessary.
  • A certificate will be provided after each module has been completed.
  • When all modules are completed you will receive a Certificate of Technology Proficiency.

 

Class Attendance:

  • Attend a district level training course or proficiency related Region 8 workshop
  • Gain background and skill set needed to complete a qualifying document during training class for proficiency credit.

  • Mini-lessons during conference periods
  • After school training sessions
  • Summer technology training (beginning Summer 2006)
  • Handouts, training manuals and on-line resources on the CISD website.
